Aly Challoner-Jones is owner / founder of High End Chefs Network, Private Staffing Consultant and Luxury Concierge at SECAIA Lounge, and last but not least Food Writer at AlyCJCooks.

Aly is an avid traveller and has been involved in the private cheffing industry both seafaring and land based worldwide for the last 37 years. She began her career in hospitality, and in the early ’90s progressed to the role private chef and host / stewardess on yachts, in villas, chalets and private households in the UK, Europe and the Caribbean.

Home is Haute Savoie – French Alps at the foot of the mountains, where days are spent running the High End Chefs Network, and assiting clients and owners of private villas, estates and homes, chalets and yachts around the world – as well as plotting her next voyage!
