Aly is owner / founder of High End Chefs and plantbased cookery club AlyCJCooks. Aly is an avid traveller, plant based food writer and has been involved in the private cheffing industry both seafaring and lanbased worldwide for the last 32 years. Aly began her career in hospitality, and in the early 90s progressed to the role private chef on superyachts and in private households in Europe and the Caribbean.

Basecamp is the French Alps, where Aly currently lives with her teenage son at the foot of the mountains, where days are spent running the High End Chefs Network and Directory, creating new recipes and plotting the next voyage.
